Order preparation｜訂單備貨

Orders are dispatched within 3–9 days. This is the preparation and dispatch period, not the delivery time to your address.

訂單於3–9天內出貨。此為備貨及出貨時間，並非送達收貨地址的時間。

Destinations & shipping charges｜配送地區與費用

Available delivery options and shipping charges depend on the destination. Review the options and total shown at checkout before payment. If your destination is unavailable or an option is unclear, contact us through the website chat before ordering.

配送方式及費用依收貨地區而定，請於付款前確認結帳頁顯示的配送選項與總金額。若無法選擇所在地區，或對配送選項有疑問，請先使用站內客服確認。

Delivery time｜物流運送時間

Transit time is additional to the 3–9 day dispatch period. It depends on the carrier, destination and customs processing. We do not currently publish a confirmed arrival estimate for each destination. For a time-sensitive purchase or gift, please confirm with us before ordering.

物流時間需另加於3–9天出貨時間，並受承運商、收貨地區及清關作業影響。目前各地區的確定到貨時效尚待確認。若有送禮日期或急用需求，請先向客服確認後再下單。

Tracking & address changes｜物流查詢與地址更正

For tracking help, contact us with your order number. If your delivery address needs correcting, let us know as soon as possible; a change may no longer be possible after dispatch.

如需查詢物流，請提供訂單編號。若要更正收貨地址，請盡快聯絡客服；商品出貨後可能無法變更。

Delivery issues｜配送異常

If an item arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery problem, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will help investigate the next steps.
