1. 告訴我們想法：提供喜愛的色調、參考款式、手圍厘米數、配戴鬆緊偏好及預算。｜Share your preferred colours, reference style, wrist circumference in cm, fit preference and budget.
2. 確認可做的方案：與客服核對可供材料、珠徑、配件、設計細節與完整價格；以雙方確認內容為準。｜Confirm available materials, bead sizes, accessories, design details and the full price with our team.
3. 確認後下單：按照客服確認的商品連結與金額下單，請勿自行用購買數量推算報價。｜Order using the product link and amount confirmed by our team; do not use quantity changes to estimate a quotation.
4. 確認發貨安排：客製製作與發貨時間依設計及材料而定，請在下單前確認；運輸時間另計。｜Confirm the making and dispatch schedule before purchase; timing depends on design and material availability, with transit additional.
