Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AuraVerse is not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs and Import Fees
